How do I install AppSam on my Shopify store?
Click "Install on Shopify" on our homepage or find AppSam in the Shopify App Store. Follow the prompts to authorize the app and connect your store.
How does billing work?
AppSam Inventory offers a 30-day free trial with full Starter access, then plans from $19/mo (Starter) to $100/mo (All Access). Billing is handled through Shopify's app billing system. You can view and manage your subscription from your Shopify admin under Apps.
What data does AppSam access?
AppSam reads your product catalog, inventory levels, and order data to calculate sell-through velocity. We never modify your products or orders without your explicit action. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I uninstall AppSam?
Go to your Shopify admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels, find AppSam, and click Uninstall. Your store data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.
Can I try AppSam before subscribing?
A demo login will be available soon. In the meantime, contact us and we'll walk you through the app.
